Eliza Jane Hyatt Hotel
BECl performed an Exterior Condition Survey to assess the existing condition of the exterior wall cladding and reported moisture intrusion. BECI also procured samples and performed an analysis of the damp rising issues that occur when moisture from the ground travels up through the walls by capillary action.
Following the Exterior Condition Survey, BECI provided an Abbreviated Scope of Work for exterior wall restoration and repairs on The old Country Inn and Suites Hotel which is currently the Eliza Jane Hyatt Hotel located at 315 Magazine Street. Additionally, During our tenure on this project, BECl also performed periodic Quality Assurance site visits of the work in progress as it related to the exterior wall restoration and repairs.
